Tanker Chemical Hose - Rubber Hose and Composite Hose
Tanker chemical hose can be divided into two kinds according to the material: tanker chemical rubber hose and tanker chemical composite hose. Both of them are mainly used for loading and discharge of most kinds of chemical fluids, such as acids, alkalis, organic solvents and so on. Some of chemical fluids are corrosive, so our tanker chemical hose is designed of excellent corrosion resistance.
Tanker chemical rubber hose is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight polyurethane), making hose have excellent corrosion resistance. Besides, the hose is resistant to abrasion and high temperature. Reinforcement is made from multiple layers of high tensile textile with helix steel wire, making hose have solid structure and suitable for high working pressure environment. And the high tensile reinforcement makes hose resistant to kink. Cover is made from EPDM, making hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone and aging.
Tanker chemical composite hose is also composed of three parts: lining, inner wire and outer wire. Lining is made from PTFE, making hose have excellent corrosion resistance. What's more, lining makes hose resistant to high temperature and low temperature. Inner wire and outer wire are made from 304 or 316 stainless steel, making hose have excellent flexibility and bending property.
