Sewage Treatment Hose with Corrosion Resistant UHMWPE Tube
Sewage treatment hose is used to deliver chemical fluids to treat sewage or transfer polluted water containing chemicals. Some of the chemical fluids and the polluted water are corrosive, so sewage treatment hose must be designed of excellent corrosion resistance. Its structure is similar to chemical rubber hose and paint plant hose. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight polyurethane), making hose resistant to corrosion and high temperature. Reinforcement is made from multiple layers of high tensile textile with helix steel wire, making hose have solid structure and bear high working pressure. Cover is made from EPDM, making hose resistant to corrosion, abrasion, weather, ozone, aging and static.
Sewage treatment hose can be used for chemical fluids delivery for sewage cleaning thanks to its corrosion resistant tube.
