Chemical Plant Hose with Corrosion Resistant Tube
Chemical plant hose is widely used to transfer various chemical fluids, such as acids, alkalis, organic solvents and so on. So chemical plant hose is highly resistant to corrosion caused by various chemical fluids. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight polyurethane), making hose resistant to corrosion and abrasion. Reinforcement is made from multiple layers of high tensile textile with helix steel wire, making hose suitable for high pressure working environment and have solid structure. Cover is made from EPDM, making hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone, aging and static.
Chemical plant hose can bear high working pressure for its high tensile reinforcement.
